
This is a very easy recipe with only 3 very healthy ingredients: flour, eggs and milk. You can eat them fried without any filling or you can add some nice jam or even better. You can fill them up with some honey and walnuts.
I love pancakes with honey and walnuts.

Step1: - put the flour in a bowl and add the eggs. Mix the content until it becomes a paste.
Step2: - add the milk and keep mixing until you get a cream like in the video. It shouldn't be too thick nor too thin.
Step3: - fry the mixture
Step4: - fill the pancakes with jam, chocolate cream or honey with walnuts

If you like them more fluffy, then add more eggs. I recommend trying some variation of quantities until you find the perfect recipe for you.
I use a pan that doesn't require any oil and the pancakes are not sticking to the pan. If you don't have it, then oil a bit the pan before adding the pancake composition.
