Potato scrambled egg

Should a pizza dough be prepared only with flour, salt water and yeast? 

Just for the puritans:) because there is an easier option, with a shorter preparation time and extremely delicious called rostizza.

Main ingredient? Potato! Yes, yes, the simple vegetable which we can find in almost each supermarket, but which actually is the first vegetable grown in space.

Regarding the cooking style, there are two possibilities: if you model the potatoes to get a pizza shape and size you go more into the rostizza recipe, if you model the dough in small slices, you go into a traditional easteen europe recipe: the romanian vegan ‘parjoale’.

 On top of it can be cooked for breakfast, lunch or even dinner accompanied by a white dry wine.

step 4: - put the ingredients from above in a bowl. Add the four into the bowl and mix everything together.

step 6: - after one side is fried, flip it. Once it's flipped, grate Parmesan on top of the potatoes scrambled eggs. You can add paprika, tomatoes, ham on top of the potato scrambled eggs
