This liver pie is a variation on the English Shepherd's pie. There are some differences, but the defining ingredients are ground red meat cooked in a gravy or sauce with onions.
This is a classic recipe found in East Europe.

step 1: - stir the chopped liver, chopped garlic and chopped onions in a pan with the Pork Lard for 10 min;
step 2: - meanwhile, chop the fresh parsley, fresh dill, wild garlic and the green onions;
step 3: - mince the mixture from Step 1 by using a mincer/kitchen robot;
step 4: - mix the chopped greenery from Step 3 with the mixture from Step 2 together with the raw eggs, thyme, salt, pepper and nutmeg;
step 5: preheat the oven at 180 degrees C;
step 6: - place the pastry dough on a buttered baking paper;
step 7: - add half of the contents earlier prepared at Step 4, then in the middle put the three boiled eggs, either cut in two or in four. Put the remaining part of the mix, level it with the help of the back of a spoon and turn the margins of the dough over the mix;
step 8: - place the pie onto the lowest rack of your oven for 30-40 min.
