This is a combination of a cold served cream and ice cream. You just freeze the cream and you get the best ice cream ever. It will stay soft even when frozen and the fruits give you the best healthy dessert.
The fresher the fruits, more bio and without too many insecticides and pesticides the better the ice cream gets.
We have a few Apricots and Peaches trees in our garden so the ice cream was really good and refreshing during the summer.

Step 1: Blend the fruits (together or separate);
Step 2: Beat the egg whites well until you get a hard foam. Then gradually add the sugar and continue beating;
Step 3: Freeze the cream.

That’s it. Only three steps for an amazing result!
You can put the cream in different forms and serve them at parties. I will show you in another post how to decorate the ice cream.
