End of summer brings lots of fresh fruits on our tables. With these fruits we can make an amazingly simple cake. This fruit cake recipe takes only a few minutes to prepare and cook.
You can use one type of fruits or combine them like a quatro stagioni pizza 🙂
The dough for this cake recipe is really fluffy and delicious.

step 1 - melt the sugar in water. Let it cool down.
step 2 - separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the whites.
step 3 - slowly add the melted sugar and keep mixing
step 4 - add the baking powder and keep mixing
step 5 - add the yolks and keep mixing
step 6 - add the flour and keep mixing
step 7 - line the tray with flour
step 8 - put the mixture in the tray
step 9 - cut the fruits and add them on top of the dough
step 10</b - bake the cake approximately 30 minutes at 180-190 degrees Celsius, until it gets the same color like in the photo below.
step 11 - add powder sugar on top of the cake
