 3 eggs
 200 g flour
 300 ml milk
 300 g sweet cheese (quark cheese)
 2 tbsp honey
 100 g powdered sugar
 100 g walnuts

step 1: - mix the eggs with flour


step 2: - add milk until the composition is almost liquid. It has to be the same consistency as the yogurt that has low fat.


step 3: - use a big plate to cook the pancakes


step 4: - mix the quark cheese (sweet cheese) with sugar and honey


step 5: - fill the pancakes with cheese mixture and add walnuts
