 250 g sugar
 10 g baking powder
 500 g pears
 500 g peaches
 6 tbsp water
 1 cup oil (150 ml)

step 1 - melt the sugar in water. Let it cool down.

step 2 - separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the whites.
